- The Vendor warrants that in the event of any short delivery of the Goods or any defect in the Goods due to either faulty material or workmanship which is notified to the Vendor by the Purchase within seven (7) days from delivery of the Goods, then the Vendor may in its absolute discretion either: -
i. Replace the Goods, or
ii. Accept the return of the Goods and repay the purchase price to the Purchaser. PROVIDED THAT the Goods are returned to the Vendor within this period of seven (7) days, and the original invoice number and invoice date are provided to the Vendor and Vendor in its sole and unfettered opinion is satisfied that the Goods were defective at the time of delivery. - Subject always to clause 12 hereof (RETURN OF GOODS) Bromic requires any defective part to be returned, including prepayment of transportation and insurance, in order to give consideration to the warranty claim.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any warranty given by Bromic may vary depending on the Goods supplied.
- Any warranty provided is subject to the relevant Goods having been installed and operated in the correct manner.
- In addition to any warranties provided by Bromic, Goods procured by Bromic and sold to the Purchaser shall carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law all implied conditions and warranties are expressly excluded.

Are Bromic Heaters weatherproof?
Bromic Heaters are weather resistant, but not water proof. They can be exposed to the elements, but as with any outdoor product, the better the care, the longer the life.
What is radiant heat?
Radiant heat works like the sun. Instead of heating the air around you, it heats people and objects. This makes radiant heat a more effective heating source, as it is less likely to be affected by the wind.
Do the heaters come with a controller?
Besides the Eclipse and Eclipse Portable heater, the heaters do not come with a controller as everyone has different preferences when it comes to how they want to control their heater. Bromic offers a variety of controls options, which can be purchased as an additional accessory.
Can the heaters be paired with automatic controls such as timers and thermostats?
Yes, this is possible via a home or building automation system. We offer the Bromic Smart-Heat Link, which can Yes, automated controls with timers and scenes are possible with Bromic's Affinity Smart-Heat controllers and the associated Bromic Smart-Heat App. For integration with a home or building automation system, the Affinity controllers can be linked via the accessory board that enables 0-10V control from your home automation system.

Processing & Dispatch Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Startrack with SMS notifications sent with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Options: If you may not be present when your order arrives, you can select the "Authority to Leave" option during checkout. If you do not select authority to leave, the delivery driver will require a signature. If no one is present at the time of delivery the items will be taken back to a Startrack
depot and a card will be left with details on how to collect and/or rearrange a
time for delivery.”

Return Process: Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization.
- If you have opted for our Design Assurance, you will receive a full refund or exchange with no charges for restocking or freight.
- If you have not utilized our Design Assurance, a 10% restocking fee and return freight costs will be applied to the refunded amount.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and uninstalled. Used or installed items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
