High-Performance Infrared Electric Outdoor Heater
Create a more usable outdoor space with the Platinum Electric—designed to deliver powerful infrared heating with minimal visual presence. With exceptionally low light output and an award-winning, ultra-slim 304 stainless steel chassis and Schott tinted ceramic-glass screens, it integrates seamlessly into its surroundings while delivering effective infrared heat that warms people and surfaces directly, not the air – much like the sun.
Available in black or white and three power options (2300W, 3400W and 4500W), this premium heater is engineered for low-clearance, semi-enclosed spaces and can be wall mounted, ceiling mounted or recessed with minimal clearance requirements.
NOTE: controls not included, they can be purchased separately.

- The Vendor warrants that in the event of any short delivery of the Goods or any defect in the Goods due to either faulty material or workmanship which is notified to the Vendor by the Purchase within seven (7) days from delivery of the Goods, then the Vendor may in its absolute discretion either: -
i. Replace the Goods, or
ii. Accept the return of the Goods and repay the purchase price to the Purchaser. PROVIDED THAT the Goods are returned to the Vendor within this period of seven (7) days, and the original invoice number and invoice date are provided to the Vendor and Vendor in its sole and unfettered opinion is satisfied that the Goods were defective at the time of delivery. - Subject always to clause 12 hereof (RETURN OF GOODS) Bromic requires any defective part to be returned, including prepayment of transportation and insurance, in order to give consideration to the warranty claim.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any warranty given by Bromic may vary depending on the Goods supplied.
- Any warranty provided is subject to the relevant Goods having been installed and operated in the correct manner.
- In addition to any warranties provided by Bromic, Goods procured by Bromic and sold to the Purchaser shall carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law all implied conditions and warranties are expressly excluded.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery directly from our Sydney warehouse. There are no hidden fees—just fast, reliable shipping!
Processing & Dispatch Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Startrack with SMS notifications sent with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Options: If you may not be present when your order arrives, you can select the "Authority to Leave" option during checkout. If you do not select authority to leave, the delivery driver will require a signature. If no one is present at the time of delivery the items will be taken back to a Startrack
depot and a card will be left with details on how to collect and/or rearrange a
time for delivery.”
Delivery Areas: We deliver Australia-wide, although remote areas may be subject to delayed shipping times and we recommend reaching out to our customer support team.
Return Process: Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization.
- If you have opted for our Design Assurance, you will receive a full refund or exchange with no charges for restocking or freight.
- If you have not utilized our Design Assurance, a 10% restocking fee and return freight costs will be applied to the refunded amount.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and uninstalled. Used or installed items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
